Twelve years ago on May 1, 1998, I saw Backstreet Boys at my high school Grad Nite trip to Disney World. Nick Carter asked, or well sung, the lyrics “Am I sexual?” I said yes and the rest is history.

As everybody knows, I work now as a journalist and have for, well almost the past year. Today I received word that I would be interviewing this group of four guys that some people that visit this site love …..

On the way to and from work today, I listened to Taylor Swift’s “Fearless” album, which I love so much. It’s probably my favorite album of the past few years. I love very song on there, from start to finish. I want to thank everybody for the feedback for “The Right Kind of Wrong.” I’m trying to fix the “next” and “previous” links on the stories, but it’s hard to get them to work right. Hey everybody! Sorry for being MIA over the weekend. I was incredibly busy with work and with playing with my new DSLR camera. Right now I’m waiting on the news to come on because they covered something they I covered over the weekend for the business (the paranormal group here in town).

Today was my first day back at work this week. My Thursday’s are what Monday’s are for normal people. The NFL draft took place today, well the first round and Mr. Tim Tebow (QB, Florida) was picked by the Denver Bronco’s! The virgin is going to the mile high city! Okay, enough with that. A local movie rental place is going out of business so I stopped in today. I got “Made of Honor,” “17 Again,” “Ghost of Girlfriends Past,” “Observe and Report” and “Tropic Thunder” for under $20. Have I ever mentioned on here how much I love “Charmed” and Wicca? Yes, I really do. I’m very interested in Wicca, but just don’t have time to devote to it. I think I’m going to start watching “Charmed” over again on DVD since I have all the seasons.

I just want to thank everybody for all the feedback and everything from yesterday’s update! Apparently we broke the record of having the highest number of people on the site at once – 40 – this morning around 6 a.m. I think the e-mail update going out late night/early morning helps. What do you guys think? Especially since I update late sometimes because of work. I’ve been watching “Ugly Betty” a lot lately. It was on April 20, 1993 when Brian Littrell received a phone call from his cousin Kevin Richardson while sitting in a high school class in Kentucky. Seventeen years later, and even though Kevin has since left the group, Backstreet Boys is still going strong and to celebrate that, I have a pretty big update for you!

Sorry for the lack of updates the past few days. Things have been crazy with work and with me just in general. I went to the doctor the other day and got some blood work done. I think I talked about it on here, thinking my thyroid was acting up. Well it all came back normal. Now I think I might possibly have Lupus like my mom, so who knows. I have all the symptoms. So today was supposed to be my day off but since I worked half a day yesterday, I had things to do today so I went over and worked a few hours today to work on my business feature for this week. I did find out that for next week’s business section, I’m interviewing a paranormal activity business in town, so that should be pretty damn cool. I’m doing it Friday since I’m doing another big interview on Monday that’s due on Monday.

So today I got to interview an international photographer who is a friend of one of my co-workers. Looking at his photography, hearing about his stories about staying in a castle in France for a month shooting weddings just makes me want to pursue my photography more.
