Aug 10th, 2010 | By Karah | Category: Updates, WritingHey everybody! Today’s my first day off this week and I had to go into work anyway. Don’t really want to get into that. Anyway, I haven’t had a chance to reply to your feedback on Chapter 6 of “Turn Right” but I will as soon as I get done with this update here. But I am SO glad that you guys liked it. I loved writing it. Loooooved writing it.
The past few days have been crazy. Sunday night when I got home from work, I planned to get on my laptop, watch “True Blood” and “Entourage” and write some. Well, my laptop died. I had to get it back to factory settings and yesterday, Monday, I was busy busy busy at work finishing up the football book that is due Friday.
I did, however, get to write last night, which is why I’m updating now! My plan tonight, after I finish reinstalling everything on my laptop, which I am while I’m doing this on my desktop, is to write some more. I think I might write on “We Weren’t Crazy.” I’m going to try, I promise. I’m not going to force it though. I have to be ready to write on it so that I know where it goes.
But your update tonight is in the form of “Turn Right” and Chapter 7. I like this chapter too, but not as much as the last one.
Also, I will be having a birthday surprise for Penni in the coming days. You AJ fans will like it :)
AND, if you haven’t done so already, head over to read Kristy’s stuff at Under The Sheets. She’s got an awesome story going called “This Is Us” that is based on all the songs on the album and has to deal with BSB meeting a fan fiction writer. I make a cameo as the main character (Kristy)’s friend! LMAO! It makes me feel special!

Aww man! laptops suck hahaha, mine died last week but I got it fixed. I had to pay for it so it sucked big time lol

@Fernanda, thankfully I was able to get it back to factory settings. Took me four hours though. I still have my desktop but sometimes I like to sit in bed and write and that comes in handy.

BTW: Sucks about your laptop… ugh! I hate that. My screen is flickering a little— ick… it’s less than 2 yrs old, so yeah, annoying!!! Glad you got it fixed tho.

First of all… laptops dying suck. Mine died about a month ago and I wasn’t able to get it fixed. I’ve taken hostage of my boyfriends old one but I’m behind in ‘Turn Right.’

@Marguerite, I wish I wrote more AJ stories. I might try but when Nick is included, all of my energy always goes towards him. That’s why when I write AJ, Nick can’t be included LMAO!
