I am still sick… still, after a week, I still have this cold and I think it’s only worse today. I woke up and was hardly able to breathe. The pharmacy up the street is sending me some meds down and I wish they would hurry up and send them because I feel like total crap. So that means this post won’t be too long today.

I have been just so freakin’ lazy the past two days. I went through my Lady Antebellum photos yesterday, but still, just pure lazy. And today, I feel like total and utter crap. I woke up around 11:30 and laid around. Then ate lunch, got sick and went back to sleep, so I just got up a bit ago and showered and still feel like crap, but I’m updating. Why? The past *counts* two months or so I haven’t updated any “Ask Karah” questions. Things have been crazy busy but you guys know that and well, I honestly just forgot until I got one in like two days ago. SO, this is going to be the first of two updates over the next few days of this. I also put them on the “Ask Karah” page, but like I usually do, I’ll post them here too.

I’ve been listening to the latest “Glee” album on repeat all day. For some reason I’m loving Puck’s “Fat Bottomed Girls” more than the original. I think it’s because Puck is hot and I’m a Fat Bottomed Girl myself, so yeah, LMAO!

First off, I want to thank everybody who voted in the Kaw Awards because I won Best Kaw Fan Fiction Writer! So thank you to everybody that voted. I haven’t won something online for writing in such a long time, so it kind of makes me feel like I’m doing something right!

I have no idea why I just named the title of this post that, because I haven’t listened to that song forever. I have to say thank you to everybody that responded to the previous post. I agree with all of you. The post wasn’t intended to be about one person specifically so if said person reads it, it’s not. It’s about friendship in general. Just things I needed to say and get out of my head, hoping it would help the migraine, but it didn’t and hi, over 24 hours later, it’s still here!

Well, the title should be a long day coming. Tomorrow is going to be a long day. After I finish posting this update, I’m gonna write a little and head to bed. I have to be at the theme park at 9:15 in the morning for an all day photo shoot so I’ve got to get some rest considering I didn’t sleep well last night.

Sorry, that’s the first thing I thought of to name this post because I’m watching “The Office.” I freaking love that show. But, ya’ll don’t care about that, do you? So I think I’ve decided that I’m not going to bother trying to go on the BSB Cruise. Instead, I’m going to have a week of fun with Tara and Penni before the Atlanta NKOTBSB concert. So for anybody that really, really knows me, knows that there is a country singer from my hometown by the name of Rhett Akins. He came out with his first album in 1994 and toured with Reba McEntire the next year, where I got to see and meet him for the first of many, many, many times.  Rhett and his music basically defined my life in high school because he wrote about things that we (my classmates and I) were living…. growing up in this area, riding dirt roads, parties down by the river on a Saturday night, football games…..[continue reading...]

Ticketing for NKOTBSB went well today! Tara, Penni, Kara and myself ended up getting seats right off the floor in the lower level which is a good view it seems. I’ve been to Phillips for a Hawks game and was down in that section so it’s pretty good! Wish they would have had more floor seats for Atlanta, but GC sucks. It was funny though, getting tickets today because I was at work, so Kara and I were anxious for 3 p.m. to roll around.
