During the NKOTBSB tour, a lot of controversy has come up when it comes to the Backstreet Boys VIP soundchecks and photo opportunities. The bright side to the tour is that fans who have not had the opportunity to meet the guys are winning Silver or a Platinum VIP to see and meet the guys, which is awesome.

For the first time in…. months, I think since the Friday before Backstreet Boys were in Valdosta, I’m off on a Friday. It’s amazing. It’s magical. It’s enchanting!
So, everybody knows that I love me some Taylor Swift, but a discussion at work yesterday made me think. Me and the sports boys were discussing Taylor Swift getting dumped over the phone, again, by Jake Gyllenhaal. Best. Night. EVER. Too awesome for words. I met so many great girls, got to meet some readers who are now great friends and just have a fucking awesome time.
I also got vindicated by some crazy psycho. It’s 2:10 a.m…. 2:10 is my lucky number. Penni and I just got back from some of our new friends hotel room (Mary, Ashley, Patti, etc.) and with Sherri! Wish Jennifer could have stayed but she had to drive back to Orlando. It was so great meeting my Jersey Girls, my Washington girls, my Canada girl, my Aussie girls!
More details soon. I really need to go to bed if I can sleep. We want to get up early enough and leave in the morning so we can go around and explore before leaving Miami. Also want to go to Bay Harbor. I have work on Friday but interesting notes…. (more…)

Ah, I’ve been sitting here most of the day playing on Adobe Lightroom that I installed on my laptop. I really need to write some more. I finished Chapter 20 of “Turn Right” yesterday and I really want to write some more before going back to work tomorrow. Thankfully I’ll be working in the daytime mostly tomorrow designing Lifestyles since the head designer is on vacation the next two weeks. Then I work Friday and Saturday and I’m off until next Thursday! Then, THEN, I will get some writing done! (more…)

Sorry for the lack of updates the past few days. Things have been crazy with work and with me just in general. I went to the doctor the other day and got some blood work done. I think I talked about it on here, thinking my thyroid was acting up. Well it all came back normal. Now I think I might possibly have Lupus like my mom, so who knows. I have all the symptoms.
Right now I’m watching “Empire Records” because I just got home from work. I had a concert to shoot tonight (REO Speedwagon and Styx – late 70′s / 80′s rock bands for those that don’t know). I’m completely zoned out. (more…)
