I’ve got the Brad Paisley / Carrie Underwood song “Remind Me” on repeat on YouTube. I can’t get enough of the song, mostly because it reminds me of Nick and Taylor so much, but mostly because I love Brad and Carrie together. I think they are the new Conway Twitty / Loretta Lynn of country music. They have been hosting the CMA Awards together for the past few years and they have a great dynamic together. (more…)

Hey everybody!
It’s now December! That means there’s 30 more days in the year. This month marks the 10th anniversary of my beginning in fan fiction. It was around Christmas, Christmas Eve, I believe when I began writing “Back At One.” The Web site just marked it’s 10th anniversary, so now it’s time to celebrate my beginning in fan fiction. To show you how thankful I am to all of you for your support and visits, I’m putting up a little teaser for the next story…. “Superstar.”
I would put up the prologue today but I need to add/change just a few things in it and don’t have time due to the fact that I work tonight. The newspaper industry never stops! I haven’t even had lunch yet!
Anyway, there’s that. Playing the lead character is Carrie Underwood. I’ll put up some photos like I did of Karie from “Long Trip Alone” later but hell, you all know what she looks like!
I’m really excited about this story. Reading over the prologue this morning, I can tell that my writing has changed, even from “LTA.”
Hope you’re all excited about it!
