Updates over the rest of this month might be a little scarce for a few reasons.. 1. I have a lot of stories coming up that are due at work over the next few weeks. Might be spending some of my off time working on them. Plus a co-worker is going to be on vacation the week before which means even more work. 2. Happy Birthday to the one and only, sexy man himself Mr. AJ McLean! God, he’s 34 today! Which means Nick turns 32 soon, and then I do. We are getting so old! It’s hard to believe that AJ’s 34… he was 20 when I became a fan because Nick was 18 and I was about to turn 18. It’s almost like we’ve all grown up together in a way. The amount of comments and feedback the past 24 hours has been amazing to me and Lisa both. I know I asked you guys to make at least one comment for those that I had to resign up so your accounts wouldn’t be deleted, but some of you are doing more than that and we appreciate it so much. It’s helped Lisa so much that I just read two chapters of “Family Portrait” and one of “Twisted” before I decided to update on my own. She has been healed!

First off and even though it’s not Saturday on the West Coast yet, I want to say a big congrats to AJ and Rochelle and their wedding day! I know neither will see this, unless Nick shows them *joking*, but as someone who’s dealt with some of the same things AJ has, it’s nice to see that he’s finally happy.

First off, I want to say THANK YOU to everybody that sent in feedback on just the Prologue for “My Confession.” I don’t think I have ever gotten so much feedback on a short prologue for a new story where you don’t even know the characters yet. You can ask Lisa, I was really nervous about this story. I’m going to reply to feedback later today, but thankyou!thankyou!thankyou!

I’ve been singing that the past few days… blame Carter! But other than that, I have some exciting news! I will be seeing one of Nick’s solo shows with Sarah, Michelle (who will be posting about your experience on the cruise on here soon) and hopefully Trish and Michelle’s roommate from the cruise. So excited! More on that later…

Because Tracy told me someone took my pics from my review on here without my permission, you fucking photo stealers, I’m not posting anymore. They are on my facebook and if we are friends on Facebook, then you are more than welcomed to look at them. I might tag a few to put on Flickr, but that’s it.

Right now, in one week, a good number of us will be on the Carnival Imagination and getting ready for our 80′s party! Some will be in the game show, while others will have it earlier that afternoon (Group B – which I’m in). I can’t believe it’s actually freakin’ here. After tonight, I work Monday and Tuesday and then I’m free! Getting up hella early Thursday morning, like 2 a.m. early to drive over and meet Trish before heading to Jacksonville and catch the Amtrak train. I’m thankful I don’t have work today after my day yesterday. I got home at like 1 a.m. and then was at work at 8 a.m. *sigh* I came home, ate while watching “How I Met Your Mother” and fell asleep. Woke up at like midnight, stayed up to 6:30 this morning watching “The Walking Dead” and then went back to sleep. But one week from right now, I’ll be on the train with Trish on our way to Miami! Sorry, I have Luke Bryan in my head, as usual… I know things have been scattered and weird the past few weeks. I’m still getting used to my new schedule at work and getting used to not being sports 24/7. It’s hard, but I’m getting there. My new schedule is differently messing with my writing time, as you can tell.

Last night was election night at work and I’m feeling hungover from it all. But, I said I would update before getting ready for the day and here I am.
